arose such a clatter

We'll as you know we put our tree up this week end all was good and dandy. The tree with its decorations; ornaments, lights nicknacks and so forth. We even purchased a position-able fence and positioned it so the kiddies can't get to the tree. Tree goes up Saturday - Late Saturday, but Saturday non the less - no problems. Sunday Kids love the tree, they sit there and love the lights. Go to bed everything good. 5:30 - 6:00 am this morning. laying in bed awaiting the dreadful alarm clock and then it happens a large crash. Lindsay and I get up to see what happened and there it was. Our tree decided it wanted to sleep as well I guess. With ornaments and pine needles everywhere we rubbed our eyes and began "redecorating" the tree and picking up the debris. It took a little bit of work to get the tree back in the stand and all. We also had tiny ornament hooks to look for, as they fell off of the ornaments upon hitting the fence, and all sorts of mess. The good news though our fence thing held up, it actually stopped the tree from hitting the ground. Make sure your tree is positioned good and secure so you and yours don't have to hear any loud crash during the night.
